Conseils d'utilisation & d'entretien :
Pour accélérer l’oxydation, pulvériser sur l’acier Corten un mélange d’1/3 d’acide chlorhydrique et d’2/3 d’eau. Laisser agir 48h puis rincer à l’eau claire. Vous pouvez renouveler l’opération si nécessaire.
Une fois le niveau d’oxydation souhaité atteint. Nous vous conseillons d’appliquer un antirouille type Rustol d’Owatrol afin de fixer l’oxydation.
Attention aux coulures de rouille pendant la phase d’oxydation, elles peuvent endommager le support sur lequel les bacs sont posés (carrelage, terrasse bois…)
À noter :
Le sel endommage considérablement le Corten.
Les plaques superficielles de calamine sont inhérentes à la production du Corten et font partie intégrante du produit.

Use & Maintenance tips :
To accelerate oxidation, spray a mixture of 1/3 hydrochloric acid and 2/3 water on the Corten steel. Leave on for 48 hours then rinse with clear water. You can repeat the operation if necessary.
Once the desired oxidation level has been reached. We advise you to apply an Owatrol Rustol type rust remover to fix the oxidation.
Be careful of rust leaks during the oxidation phase, they can damage the support on which the bins are placed (tiling, wood deck, etc.)
Please note :
The salt damages the corten considerably.
The surface plates of calamine are inherent to the production of the Corten and are an integral part of the product.
